Service Description

A revitalizing Sunday morning experience. Awaken to Autumn and take this time to transition to a new season. To release, to draw inwards, to change pace and rhythm for this new cycle. The morning begins with a gentle fusion of yoga and qigong flowing meditiative movement and then we walk onto the woods within the gardens to relax, to rest and bathe into the deep drumming sound, closing with a picnic breakfast featuring homemade treats and refreshments. Cost of the experience includes access to Evenley Wood Gardens where you can linger, pootle and continue to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Cost of the morning is £25.00, please confirm your spot here with a £10 deposit. Open to all.
