Loosen the grips of winter, reconnect with nature, be with lovely people and nourish yourself, awakening to the stirrings of Spring. I am very excited to invite you along to our Retreat Day for 2026. I have partnered with Michele Smith Sound Healer and Glass Artist and we both fell in love with this location. Bellows Mill , 16th century mill with grounds and lakes provides the serenity, reflective and peaceful reconnection for our Spring Retreat. A flavour of what your day will include: Meditation and breathwork Forest bathing Sensory stillness Qigong by the lake Drumming Sound Journey Nutritious treats Joyful yoga movement Crystal bowls and wind chimes sound bath Circle time Come and join us: Saturday 25th April 10.30am ( arrive from 10am) until 4.30pm Investment £75 per person . Reserve your space with a £35 non refundable deposit to secure your place Price includes all activities, hot drinks, snacks and fruit over the day. Lunch is not provided , please bring your own.
