Service Description

Join me at Evenley Wood Gardens for an energising and awakening vinyasa flow with moments of pause and and reflection built in to just be. Open to all levels. Ticket price is £10.00 for the session and includes access to the gardens. If you have a season ticket you are entitled to a free drink at the cafe. An hour of yoga to get out of the head , back into the body and feel and experience the beauty of practicing outside with bird song, trees and the gentle sound of water as our landscape. The awakening flow with close with a meditation ( seated /laying down) giving you those extra moments to savour and enjoy that Sunday morning just for you. At the end of the session you are welcome to enjoy and meander the gardens. meet family/friends or join me for some nourishment/ drink at George's Shed. The 3 sessions are : Sunday 11th August 10-11am Sunday 18th August 10-11am Sunday 25th September 10-11am

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule a taster session a notice of 24 hours is preferred. With regards to events it is a no cancellation policy.
