I will introduce you to a variety of poses and ways you can use a wheel for physical strength and fitness . I will break the poses and movement down and approach them in a series of steps allowing you to try the pose and stop where you feel comfortable. I can guarantee that alongside laughter you will open your hearts, build strength, release tightness and find balance. The Yoga Wheel will refresh you inspire you and will : *Strengthen your upper body, *Build deeper core strength *Open your front and back body back bends ( a key join action for the health of the spine, steps to progress comfortably in your own body) *Help you work on your balance *Improve your breathing *Help you progress to more advanced poses ( if this is a goal of yours) The workshop will incorporate a warm up session, an introduction to the wheel and a variety of poses and will finish with a short relaxation. The workshop will involve partnering up with either another student/ invite a friend /family member along and practice together. All props supplied but you are welcome to bring your mat and props if you prefer. Spaces will be limited to give you space to practice and have fun. The workshop will take place at The Sanctuary , a garden studio where the bifolds are open and a heated floor keeps you comfortable.
