Balancing our yin and yang energy is key to our wellbeing. As the seasons change, be sensitive to your own call ,connect to your inner feelings and voice and open yourself to the new opportunities of this season. Take some time out for you ,for the adjustment, for the change and that call to move towards a quieter, more introspective you. An Autumn Yin and Soundscape afternoon is the perfect nourishment, invitation to prepare for the next season, to harvest, gather and store. What is a Yin Practice A Yin practice offers you the chance to let go , to rest in stillness, to strengthen your immune system. Our practice focuses on the lung and large intestine meridians helping the body to rest, digest and recover. We will move through a series of poses designed to gently open the chest and lungs as well as supporting digestion. Poses are held for a minimum of three to five minutes with supports available pulling you inwards and giving you that space to rest and create the space for change and transition. Following the Yin a short pause and time to set up for the second part of the experience. A beautiful nourishing Autumn soundscape by Sonia from Restore U. A chance to unwind further, forget about the world for a while and be bathed in beautiful nourishing and soothing sounds. Settling into the sounds and vibrations of October, reflecting on the season and the changing colour of nature all around us. A deeply relaxing experience.
