Service Description
Join me at Evenley Wood Gardens for Summer Sunday Yoga. A gentle, energising practice with moments of pause. Open to all levels. Get out of the head , back into the body and feel and experience the beauty of practicing outside. The session will close with a meditation ( seated /laying down) giving you those extra moments to savour and enjoy that Sunday morning just for you. At the end of the session you are welcome to enjoy and meander the gardens. meet family/friends The 3 sessions are : Sunday 27th July 10-11.15am Sunday 17th August 10-11.15am Sunday 24th August 10-11.15am Ticket price includes an online fee. The ticket gives you access to the gardens which you can enjoy after.

To reschedule a taster session a notice of 24 hours is preferred. With regards to events it is a no cancellation policy.
